Judge
Everyone is going to be judgemental. It doesn't matter how nice you believe someone is or how kind you make yourself to be. In the back of your mind and in the back of the most delightful person you know, is a judgemental subconscious that will always guide you to who you are naturally drawn to. Knowing this, it's normal for everyone to be cautious about presenting themselves in a way that’ll make them liked by those around them. Put your best foot forward, but the over-occupation of wanting to can also be a downfall. You're always going to be judged by others but nobody is going to judge you as hard as you judge yourself.
You’ll never be able to stop judging yourself. By all means, continue to do so but change your personal vernacular so that you create a nurturing culture within your own self. Through positive self-judgment, it'll be easier to move on from mistakes, be comfortable in new situations, and reinvent yourself. In that way, your personal reach for the definition of success will become a healthy marathon instead of a forced sprint. Change comes through becoming your own judge but healthy change comes from gratefulness and benevolent intent.
